CASAS OCUPADAS - Brad fue parte de un movimiento que utilizó edificios abandonados en el lado Este de Nueva York, para convertirlos en hogares libres. Con los ocupantes ilegales ya bajo sitio durante la administración de Giuliani, para el momento en que él se trasladara a Nueva York en 1995, Brad asombró a sus compañeros ilegales en febrero de 1997 cuando dentro del edificio ocupado en que residía, emergió encima de la azotea para intentar detener una máquina gigante que había comenzado a demoler el edificio.

SQUATTING – Brad was a part of a movement that turned abandoned buildings on the Lower East Side into free housing. With squatters already under siege from the Giuliani administration by the time he moved to New York in 1995, Brad stunned his fellow squatters in Feb. 1997 when he snuck back into an East 5th Street squat and emerged atop the roof to try and stop a giant wrecking ball which had begun battering the building.
